Outside Senior Sales Director
Watchdog Merchant Services is a recognized leader in helping small and medium sized ( SMB ) business grow through state of the art solutions. We are looking for results-driven, energetic for a senior sales director position on a merchant services sales team. Our products are super customizable and these systems are designed to make business easy and help[ protect business and customer’s payment transactions.
Job Description
You will be responsible for driving revenue growth and bringing in new business from prospects. You will educate business owners about Watchdog’s payment processing solutions. These positions are compensated with high residuals and ownership. This is a commission only position.
What You Will Do
- Provide after sales service for the duration of a merchant relationship at least 4 times per year or as needed
- Market additional products and services when introduced by Watchdog.
- Travel to and from client sites within a designated geographical area
- Respond to all sales leads within a required response time and work to solidify and close the sale. Report these results on a regular basis as defined.
- Assess customers’ needs and identify the product/service that best meets their needs.
- Continually learn all aspects of all the products and services offered by Watchdog.

Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years business to business outside sales experience
- Merchant Services experience a big plus.
- Proven track record in a quota driven self-sourcing sales environment for small to medium sized clients.
- Experience developing a plan to effectively build a robust pipeline and generate top line revenue growth.
